Worlds Unite Mosaic: It’s Not Over Yet!

Thanks once again to TheFatPanda, we have yet another piece of the 12-part mosaic cover piece for Worlds Unite, as illustrated by the one and only Ben Bates. It isn’t specified, but it’s probably safe to assume that this tenth part of the image coincides with the tenth part of the crossover, that being Sonic Boom #10:
