Marvel vs. Capcom vs… Servbots?

The new issue of Game Informer is out, and it has a feature on the upcoming, long-awaited sequel of sequels, Marvel vs. Capcom 3. And in addition to revealing some fresh new faces to the cast, including Devil May Cry‘s Dante, Darkstalkers‘ Felicia, Captain America, and the Merc with a Mouth, Deadpool (who will apparently proceed to beat you with his own health bar), there are pictures.

Your eyes do not deceive you; while the Incredible Chris Redfield takes on the Hulkster, there are Servbots doing… well, various Servbot things in the background.

Further examination reveals a rather Legends-ish tower in the background, as well something which looks like some sort of vehicle from the series. Perhaps this stage is set in Kattelox, where the original MegaMan Legends took place?

Naturally, with a reveal not unlike the Gesellschaft foreshadowing the inclusion of MegaMan Volnutt in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, fans are beginning to speculate that he– or Marvel vs. Capcom alumni Tron Bonne and her army of Servbots, could be playable characters in this latest installment. However, nothing has been revealed on that front, but with those who have been named only being the tip of MVC3‘s iceberg, there is still plenty of room for hope.

Sorry, Bonne fans– looks like Ms. Tron is sitting this one out, possibly alongside a mostly-obscured Teisel. Could Bonne be lurking nearby as well?

On the bright side, the banner behind her apparently confirms the location as Kattelox Island, or rather, “Cattleox Island.”
