JeuxFrance has scans up from the latest issue of Nintendo Dream. The info more or less corroborates what was in CoroCoro, but with a couple more details. For starters, the enigmatic Bly transformations appear to be activated by collecting “loneliness fragment (which Rockman appears to be taking from a downed Denpa-kun). As far as linked battles go, the article mentions that regular one-on-one battles can be played over Wi-Fi as well as wireless. However, this would seem to imply the Sky High Colosseum tournaments are just for wireless play.
