Download Mega Man Comics App, Get Mega Man #1 for Free

While everyone else was busy reacting to other news, iVerse Media and Archie Comics managed to slip through relatively unnoticed. That’s why it is a duty to inform you that the Mega Man Comics app is now out on iOS. This dedicated app allows you to browse the Mega Man comic on your iPhone, iPod, or iPad (iOS 4.0 or later) and even purchase the graphic novels if you’re looking for a bundle deal.

As a special offer and great demo of the (free!) app, grab it now and you will be able to download Mega Man #1 for free.

Pricing for each comic ranges from $2.99 for newer ones to $1.99 for older issues and graphic novels are $5.99 for a group of four issues.

And where exactly is the Android version to this?

As a side note, I tried to buy the recent issue a few days ago on their webpage but as I had unfortunately had to find out, they didn’t listed the bought issue on my profile.

Are they just lazy or did I made something wrong?

In any way, it’s too bad as this were the only way for me as German to get on these comics, the “right” way.

I’m waiting for an android version. When that comes, I want it.

Sad that some developers still don’t know that Android has 68% of the worldwide market share. I’d imagine you would at least create apps for both to get the majority.

I think the Android version will pop up eventually, but that Ipad landing page is awesome!!!!!

I downloaded it and I so am enjoying the 1st issue. I’m going to get the others including the graphic novels. ^_^ This is even better.

  6. Jeff: That would also depend on Archie’s worldwide distribution rights. What’s the percentage in the U.S.? That’s the main question.
