A Little Look at Mega Man at SDCC

I certainly didn’t make it to Comic Con this year – not a very good swimmer. But Daniel, an old high school pal of mine, did make his way over. I didn’t want to burden him too much, but I asked him to take pictures of any Mega Man stuff he happened across. So, I’m just sharing with you what he got: sweet cosplays, a special edition comic, and of course, those sweet, sweet D-Arts concepts. You better be bugging Tamashii Nations to make those!

I want the comic
wow those suits look pretty awesome compared to ones Ive seen, you can tell they put a significant amount of work in making them
Totally like the X armor on the first photo.
Looks completely real, just like in the games.
The ZERO armor on photo #3 needs some tweeks though.
The first Mega Man X was one of the best I’ve ever seen in terms of accuracy. Got a picture even though I normally don’t take pictures of cosplay. The X and Zero team also had an Axl with them when I saw them.
D-Arts figures pictures look better than the ones I got.
I’m surprised no one’s talking about the the Dr. Wily question brought up in the second Wreck-It Ralph panel. Quote from memory, “Our lawyers are working on it.”

To be honest, Megaman itself look like a chubby to me compare to those minus Megaman X.
Looks like Otakon isn’t THE place for the best MM cosplayers anymore.. I’ve never seen an X THAT accurate, like, evar!

Thanks for mentioning that! Everyone on the panel seemed to react strongly to Dr. Wily’s name, I wonder if this means he’s in the movie, but in a different scene?
