Plot Any Course to Victory with the Mega Map II T-Shirt
Interested in finding a new Mega Man t-shirt for your wardrobe, but feel that most offerings out there lack subtlety? After all, many tend to feature large pixel art graphics or logos for the brand, which makes some people feel like walking billboards.
If this sounds like your feelings on the subject, then perhaps we have just the shirt for you. And by “we,” we mean “15-Bit Gamer,” purveyor of gameplay-related apparel.
Thanks to a tip from Kevin, we now know that they are currently accepting pre-orders for the Mega Map II” t-shirt, which provides a handy diagram of which weapons work on which bosses from Mega Man 2. The design is printed on “100% cotton American Apparel 2001 t-shirts,” and will be going for $19.00 USD each, plus shipping, which will begin at the end of February.
For a better view of the design, simply look below.

Wasn’t Woodman weak to like, four or five of the bosses?
Nice design though. If I can salvage the money I might buy one.
Like gee, thanks for telling me it’s a Mega Man tee. I could have sworn it was a horoscope or summat.
Somehow this looks like a zodiacal map of sorts.
Not crazy about this shirt… too vague for me, and it just seems like something for people who like Mega Man enough to wear a Mega Man shirt but are too ashamed to admit it outright, which also happen to be exactly the kind of people I can’t stand (posers/hypocrites).
Also, it’s amazing how many people continue to forget that Mega Man games besides Mega Man 2 exist. Ugh.
I would like it a lot more without the roman numeral.
Roman numerals were never used in the original titles (and haven’t been used since the English MM7) and aren’t something that should be used to imply Megamanliness.
*thumbs down*
I’m thinking a Wily “W” or something would have been a much better choice.
Yeah, and the weakness paths aren’t terribly complete or accurate. For example, Heat and Crash should be going to Flash. Flash AND Heat should be going to Quick. Wood AND Heat should be going to Air. And Bubble, Wood, Crash and Heat should be going to Heat.
*second thumbs down*
Dumb shirt designed by non-fans.
And yes I’m joking a bit. It’s not that bad. But there’s certainly no chance I’m paying money for this.
But I’d probably wear it sometimes if it were a gift or something.
Quintuple post!
I’m done.

Hello, thanks for checking out the new t-shirt! Looking forward to seeing what everyone has to say about it.
I had to make some tough choices regarding the weakness paths. I didn’t want to show EVERY possible weakness, since that would look messy. I decided to focus on the best overall choices for each boss. Sure, I could use Atomic Fire against Air Man, but even at full charge it deals less damage than Leaf Shield. Time Stopper is best against Quick Man, but won’t finish him off, so Crash Bomber is the next best option. Metal Blade is best against Metal Man, but it’s impossible to use it the first time you fight him.
Originally I started designing this with the first Mega Man game in mind, but the weakness path would have been pretty boring. To me, Mega Man 2 had the most interesting set of weaknesses in all of the NES Mega Man games.
As for the 2/II, I grew up looking at this screen each of the hundreds of times I turned the game on: http://bit.ly/hfZojk
Thanks again for checking it out!
Admittedly, I went to the site and I like the pokemon shirt more. It seems more… interesting. This one isn’t bad… it’s kinda underwhelming though.
