If you check out Capcom of Japan’s official website for Rockman.EXE: Operate Shooting Star and check out the “brain section,” then there is a chance that you might run into this cheerful little fellow:
His appearance is random, but if you do encounter him, then he will reward you with a piece of Rockman.EXE concept art:

Of course, now that it’s been posted here, I suppose that all but destroys any impetus to actually look for the golden Mr. Prog on the official site…

Huh. I got the gold Mr. Prog the first time I checked after reading this. So much for random chance.

Axl-fox: I disagree. To me, it looks kinda like…like sisters taking a picture together: in other words, cute.
I wish there were more concepts revealing in game stuff… like Clockman. Or even some SF Refs. But it’s some cute stuff!

Although I’m perfectly fine with a Classic, X, and Zero one myself.
BTW, wouldn’t it be interesting if there was an X-like net navi? They had one for Zero (why wasn’t he in any other BN games besides the GC one? He was badass

@ Refa: One could argue that Subaru/Geo is technically the X of the EXE timeline. However, that would only be in terms of looks and personality alone, as Subaru is definitely not an improved version of Rockman.EXE designed by the same scientist.
