Get A-”Head” Up on Cold Weather with a Servbot Winter Hat
It’s almost October, and it won’t be long before the fury of Winter is raining down upon us like Ice Man with a sneezing fit. So what better way to prepare your fleshy noggin for the cold days ahead than with a cold-weather cap fashioned in the appearance of those lovable Bonne foot-soldiers, the Servbots?
Kobun-kun! It’s the lovable Servbot from the Megaman Legends series. Please be prepared to be bossed around by attractive women with engineering degrees and piratical tendencies if you wear this hat in public. Please note that this warning does not in any way imply or guarantee that you will attract the attention of such women. You may simply be asked why you’re wearing an odd looking LEGO man for a hat.
The hat entire is crocheted from 100% no-dye acrylic yarn. The hat measures 23 inches (58.42 centimeters) around, but can fit up to 25 inches (63.5 centimeters). The hat also measures 8.75 inches (22.22 centimeters) from the top of the head to the bottom edge with the top bolt being around 2 inches (5.08 centimeters) high. The top bolt is stuffed with poly-fil and sewn securely to the top of the base hat.
Interested? Then you’ll be happy to know that you can obtain one of your very own right here at Etsy for just $25.

The last sentence of the first paragraph of the description is why I would never buy one of those.
Am I sensing a TAG Body Spray ‘WARNING’?
As much as I don’t like to wear hats, it’d be a blast to wear that thing.
Am I the only one who immediately thought of Frank West’s Servbot attack in TvsC?
Not a big fan of yarn hats, but the design is cool.
I wish they’d start making the hats in microfleece. That’s really the only way I would buy one.
Thats all it costs?? Thats cheap! I might get one.
Heh..
Hmm…
That’s cool.
LOL, very cute, I would love to see a Mega Man line of these. Specifically I would love to see “Toques” (I’m from Canada, that is what a winter hat is called) in the shape of Mega Man or Proto Man’s or even X and Zero’s helmets.
P.S.- I’m not trying to sound cocky or uptight by defining the word “Toques” I was just defining it in case anyone reading this didn’t know what it meant (I know that there are Canadians posting here so just disregard what I’m saying if you are). And on that note, if you don’t know how to pronounce it here it is: “Too-ks”
LOL. Reminds me of the “Three Wolf Moon” shirt description.
AurorX> I thought of it, I just couldn’t really think of a good way to articulate it within the general flow of the article.
Chris> I think such hats have been made as well, among others.
