Meh, I’m happy with my English releases.

I’m happy with not owning a PSP.

    Zing.

Is there anything special about this release?

Last ditch attempt to garner more interest in MMPU2?

  3. Sniper Joe says:

Yeah I agree who needs to get an exclusive release just to own the soundtrack? That’s what the internet is for.

  4. Mr. Metool says:

Me too. Although, this value pack only being available in Japan strongly hints towards the fact that CAPCOM is testing how deep the water is. If enough Japanese folks buy this.. we might be seeing Maverick Hunter X 2 and Mega Man: Powered Up 2 in the near future.

  5. PStart says:

I’m REALLY considering buying, because as Mr. Metool said, I want to support sales for these games. I bought the english version of Powered Up late after its release, so buying this pack while it’s still new to help sales motivates me.

The CD will be cool just as a collector’s item; I definitely like the art for it. Besides that, I kind of wanted to play these games with the japanese voices, and see if they sound close to the old voices (from Power Battles etc). Hopefully they’ll be less annoying too (not getting my hopes high for that).

  6. Kupo Samurai says:

I love the box art for it. At the top is the “serious and cool” Mega Man X and below is the “lighthearted and fun” classic Mega Man. I still think the PSP was a strange choice of platform for both games…and that’s not just because I don’t have a PSP.

  7. Furysetzer says:

It may have just been me, but I felt that the MHX music was very washed out in game compared to the sound effects. Although I must admit that X holding the guitar in the artwork makes me smile. Does this mean we may get a Guitar Hero: Mega Man in the future?

  8. Matthew says:

sigh… i wish i had a psp! darn, they should have put this game on ds as well…

This item is not available for shipping to
    # European Union

    why… WHY ?! :’(

  10. J. L. says:

In the Rockman Rockman artwork, Rock has blue eyes, yet in-game they’re green. CAN ANYBODY PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS CONTINUITY DISCREPANCY TO ME? I CANNOT SLEEP! And I won’t buy anything until this gets clarified XD

  11. LanceHeart says:

Here’s why: The pack shot is in white light, while the sun’s light in the game is yellow.

    :)

  12. Darkton says:

I’m going to stick with the releases I already have and torrent or otherwise download the soundtrack. It’s a shame they likely won’t have any themes from the FMV cutscenes. The void left by a credits theme that has not been released is rather large…
