2 Player Productions Begins Posting Mighty No. 9 Documentary

After a journey lasting just under three years, Comcept and Inti Creates’ Mighty No. 9 will finally arrive tomorrow for the PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Wii U, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 as both a digital download and a physical retail game, thanks to the efforts of Deep Silver.

One of the promised rewards during the Kickstarter which gave life to this entire project was for a documentary to be produced by 2 Player Productions that would chronicle the road from announcing Mighty No. 9 to the world through its development (and maybe beyond?). As we sit on the eve of its release, two installments have been added for all to see on their YouTube channel, which you can see below.

The first part takes us back to that fateful Penny Arcade Expo and through to the close of the Kickstarter campaign. And hey, The Mega Man Network and our man on the scene at the time, James McKinney, even get a brief shout-out of sorts at the start!

Part 2 picks up where the first left off, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the development of the game from the headquarters of Inti Creates in Ichikawa, Chiba, Japan.

At least one more part should be on the way, so stay tuned to 2 Player Productions’ YouTube Channel for the rest!

Thanks to Pedro Gonzalez II for the tip!
