Mega Man Battle Network 6 Hits Virtual Console for Wii U in North America

Wait a second -- it's not May yet! And Mega Man's anniversary was three months ago. Could this be... Mega March?

Whatever the case may be, the result is the same: both versions of Mega Man Battle Network 6 are now available in the Nintendo eShop for Wii U in North America.

Rawr.

Screech.

In this final installment for the series, Lan and MegaMan.EXE find themselves in a new town, but with the same old trouble. Or is it?!

This time around, the clash of the legendary Cybeasts is the main focus of the story, and depending on which version of the game you choose, MegaMan gets to harness the power of either the savage Cybeast Gregar or the soaring Cybeast Falzar to use in combat.

As usual, the core premise is the same, but the devil is in the details as you'll encounter some different characters and gain some different Battle Chips in each version.

Here is the commercial for the game from Japan and an E3 trailer, and if you're interested in what else is new and marked down in the Nintendo Download this week, head on over to Mario's Hat for all the details!
