Mega Man Yarn Yoshi is Dino-mite!

Hey everyone, I’ve got a rare weekend update here for you. I’d been sitting on this tip for just a bit in the hopes of something a little more detailed to show, and it just came up.

If you keep up with Nintendo’s PAL-based YouTube channels, you might have seen the following trailer for Yoshi’s Woolly World, brought to my attention by Vhyper1985:

As you can see towards the end, featured among the many amiibo that are compatible with the game is the Mega Man amiibo. Until now, however, that’s all there has been to be seen.

Yoshi’s Woolly World for the Wii U isn’t due to arrive in North America until this fall, but it hits Australia and Europe on June 25 and 26, respectively, and it seems some reviewers in those regions have already received their copies. As such, YouTube channel ODDERZ Plays has posted the following video showing off many of the other amiibo versions of Yarn Yoshi:

Not too shabby. Apparently 40 of the amiibo released thus far can alter Yoshi’s look, though according to the video, that doesn’t include Pokemon. But hey, this is The Mega Man Network — the Blue Bomber (and Sonic) work, so that’s good enough here!
