New Mighty No. 9 Trailer and 2-Player Details

Over on the PlayStation.Blog, a new trailer has been brought to light courtesy of the Global Brand Manager of Deep Silver, David Waters. The release date for the game is still February 9th. 2016 — at least on Sony’s platform — and they’re eager to keep the hype train rolling on track with a brand new trailer:

What’s more, new info is now available regarding some of the game’s different modes — specifically, our first look at both the 2-player Online Race Battle mode and online Co-op Challenge mode. Specific challenges await the duo of Beck and Call as they use their unique abilities to see them through the day and complete the level, while sibling rivalry is king as they take on their foes and each other in pursuit of the highest score.

Incidentally, if you plan on attending the PlayStation Experience being held on December 5th and 6th in San Francisco, Keiji Inafune will be in attendance as well. (One would think that might mean Mighty No. 9 itself will be playable in some form at the event, but they don’t say for certain one way or the other).
