Happy Holidays from The Mega Man Network!

From all of us here at The Mega Man Network, we just wanted to wish a Merry Christmas, a Happy Hanukkah, a Kwazy Kwanzaa, a Tip-Top Tet, and a Solemn & Dignified Ramadan to all of our readers, staff, and associates.
It’s been a crazy year with some ups (a new Mega Man comic book from Archie, cool new model kits from Bandai D-Arts and Kotobukiya, the Mega Man Tribute art book and Mega Man Gigamix manga from UDON, and lots of other neat merchandise) and downs (Mega Man Universe, Mega Man Legends 3, and second-fiddle treatment to co-stars in Ultimate/Marvel vs. Capcom 3), but as we look to the year ahead that will mark the 25th anniversary of the Blue Bomber, we can only hope that Capcom will have something good in store for us, and get Mega Man back on track.

For now, we’re taking it a little easy this week, but don’t fret; while we will still be ever-vigilant for any big breaking stories, we’ll be scheduling posts we’ve had waiting around for a rainy day, some other stories submitted by you, our MMN readers, and maybe even have a couple of features as well.

Plus, as you can see, we have a new piece of fan art from our own Fan Art Coordinator Tabby (who is always accepting submissions— make sure to send them to the right place, though!), which features Mega Man X getting into the holiday spirit with spiritual forefather Casshern, who some of you may remember from Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, if not his own anime and manga series. Click to get a better view!

Have a safe and happy holiday season, everyone, and a Happy New Year as well! We’ll see you then!
