Morishita’s Legends Themes Are Set to Go

Not too long ago, singer Reika Morishita informed us that production and fine tuning of her Mega Man Legends theme songs, “another sun” and “Your Wind Is Blowing” was coming to an end. At long last, she informs us today that production has indeed wrapped up, and the tunes now have a release date.

The revamped singles, “another sun 2012″ and “あなたの風が吹くから~Your wind is blowing~” will be released on September 12th, via iTunes and ring tone service Recochoku. The distribution is being handled by Victor Entertainment.

Morishita herself is relieved and excited to have the tracks finished and ready to go. She promises further updates soon on details about the songs themselves, and a jacket cover. And now Legends fans can mark September 12th on their calendars!

That’s great news for the DASH/Legends fandom.

Personally, I’d love to hear the songs but as they’re getting released on iTunes, I probably gotta wait for youtubers to upload these.

  3. Since this is getting released on iTunes will we be able to download them outside of Japan or not?

  4. @SuperMarioMan89 it depends on how the record company wants to do it. I know there is Japanese music on iTunes its more of a switch her label has to flip.

I really want this to go physical though, I would buy the crap out of it.

It is technically possible to buy stuff on iTunes from other regions, but it requires jumping through a lot of hoops. A google search will lead you to several different tutorial options, but I haven’t had the patience to try any of them.

With that I’ll say what needs to be said.

If you don’t pay for these songs, you don’t deserve to call yourself a supporter of either Mega Man or the music industry. Period. Let’s not be stupid with this chance for good publicity. I plan to support Morishita; you all should do the same.

In fact, the 100,000+ group and/or the Capcom Unity petition should totally get in on this.

Looks like I’ll be paying japan-codes.com another visit in September. Really interested to see what Reika has done with Your Wind Is Blowing.

I guess we will have to wait till someone upload them to the internet..

    Meh.

    I’ll second that, Bassnium.

Considering how much Morishita has recognized the western fans in all this, I’m sure she is at least looking for a simple means for purchase outside of Japan.

If so, I hope on some good online store that is actually selling music without the need of useless programs to be installed.

I think you should contact Fumina Hara too to make a 2012 version of Negai Ga Kanau Basho and Naite Ii Yo.
