Oh, right. This is just to remind you that your entries are due in the Devroom by this Tuesday, February 1st, at 1:00 PM PST. “Better late than never” does not apply. If you’re still finishing up, or even just thinking about entering, get the lead out of your pants and hurry up! I know it’s been pretty tough, with this going on along side the Mega Man Tribute submissions (which ends tomorrow). Just how many art contests can someone take?

Man,this sux…I couldn’t enter any of the contest because my laptop’s been broken since christmas.( Oh how I wanted to test my skills of art). Oh well the future is bright, hopefully there will be more.
Mmm, I tried my luck with four submissions sent to Udon. Who else is entering and how pics did you submit?
I entered three submissions for the Mega Man Tribute on Saturday. I was gonna do only two, but then I got another idea earlier this month and was able to squeeze that in, too.
I feel pretty good about all of them, I just hope it was worth it. Even having just one selected would be nice… better if two, and the best if all three.
I’m just glad we’ll ONLY get the email if they DO select our submission(s). I certainly do appreciate that Udon is only sending emails to winners, it’s more gentle and less hard-hitting than getting a “You Fail” mail if not selected.
It would be cruel to get false hope if we DID get a message, only to find out, “Hey, thanks for trying, but we didn’t select any from you because there are ones better than yours. Sorry.”
Or something along the lines of that. -_-
That aside, I wish good luck to everyone who is entering!
Udon stated that only one piece from each artist can win. Don’t want to hog all the pages for yourself. Incidentally, do you have a link to any of your work, Alyssa? Your website only features music.

Thank you for pointing that out, actually, I was wrong to imply that more than one entry could be selected from individual artists for this tribute book. I must have forgotten all about that one particular detail, and it is quite an important piece of detail indeed. Sometimes, the excitement just makes us forget things.
By the way, no, I don’t have a link to any visual art… yet. One of these days. I’d like to.
Anyway, I am sorry if I seemed so off-putting with what I said before. No hard feelings, I hope?
