Kotobukiya Roll Figure Now in Color, Ready for Pre-order
Here is a flyer showing off Kotobukiya’s Roll figure for the first time in color. The figure is slated for a December release, and will cost ¥3,150 (roughly $36.74 US), which amazingly is not much more than Rockman will go for in September. Remember, this figure features the ability to have Roll in her usual outfit or her Mega Man 8 outfit. The figure also comes with three facial expressions and three types of hand gestures. Hopefully we’ll be seeing details on Kotobukiya’s Proto Man figure pretty soon!

I don’t know much about Rockman figures, but wow that looks nice.
I’m surprised by the colors of this. Of course the actual figure might not look that perfect, but still.
I wasn’t expecting that much detail to the eyes.
It’s the most adorable thing I’ve seen in a while.
thats the best looking roll model kit figure ever. Now the only thing she is missing are the flower, the broom, buster and the bucket and it would have been the perfect roll model kit EVER!
She’s adorably awesome. The joints don’t look out of place because she’s a robot (and I do recall at least some official art showing her robotic joints.

Can someone please remind me why all these awesome Mega Man figures have to be model kits only? Can’t they sell some already made for guys like me who dislike models and can’t sit still long enough nor get any where close to the perfection that the creators get to?
*Sigh* I really wish they sold these complete and ready to go. :/

Didn’t you read the article? The figure is by Kotobukiya, not Capcom.
I’m a little confused. Will this kit be sold already painted or do we have to paint it ourselves? Either way, that’s one of the nicest looks figures I’ve seen and it’s definitely going on my Christmas wish list.
I hope they come pre-painted, because this is a major DO-WANT to have to paint it. (No painting skills, but don’t mind putting things together.)

Roll’s only 9 or 10. What do you expect? Anyway, she looks adorable! I see a Roll sprite in her Mega Man 8 dress! Strange, they made her eyes green instead of blue. Oh well. I’m going to buy the figures!

@bodega “What the fans want”? Speak for yourself. I am a fan and I certainly don’t want THAT. I want accuracy, and having her retain her childlike physique is part of that accuracy. The only thing that bugs me is that she has green eyes instead of blue ones, but I know some of the official artwork during the Complete Works games for PSX had her sporting green eyes, as well as whoever did the art for Mega Man & Bass… though I always assumed it was just a mistake by the artists, as 95% of all artwork for her has had her with blue eyes. Oh, well, it’s a very minor gripe. But, ya, as I was saying, I don’t want Roll with boobs of any kind. She’s supposed to resemble a child and shouldn’t even be looked at in that kind of way. Unless if you were hoping for a Ruby-Spears version?
