Wonderfest Gives Rise to Custom Legends Figures

Yet more good news for you Rockman figure fanatics. Online figure blog/buyer deputy Tokyo Hunter has some neat custom Rockman DASH (Mega Man Legends) figures created by doujin figure circle Sorairo. There are two sets, one with MegaMan Volnutt and Data, and the other with Tron Bonne and a Servbot. The Volnutt and Servbot figures use revolver joints and are fully poseable (much like Revoltech figures). They will be exclusives to the Summer Wonderfest 2010.

Both sets are due to release on July 25th and will be ¥5,000 each (roughly $56.08 US). Remember, these are custom manufactured kits and not produced by an actual company. You can find more pictures, as well as ordering details, over at Tokyo Hunter.

Darn, I’d totally get the monkey if it didn’t cost so much!

  2. Doctor Andy says:

    Those look amazing..I miss Legends

    D8!

  3. Marco says:

Whoever did Tron is amazing! Anyhow, I love how all the figures seem to have that “made with love” feeling — the Servbot looks particularly endearing.

  4. Megamansonicdude says:

I always thought that mega man trigger looked like a completely different person in legends 2 with the new armor.
This figure does catch more of his first game image than the Legends 2 Character sprite, however.

  5. Airman says:

    WAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNTTTTTTTT! *drool*

  6. Gaia says:

Trigger looks like a figure but this is literal.

  7. VileMKII says:

I really like that trigger, the painting on it is great.

  8. Man who loves Rocka Music says:

    Legends forever!

  9. Glitcher says:

Sexay! I’m always keen on collecting new figures of Tron or Roll. :p

BTW, there have been other Wonderfest garage kits of MML characters in the past. I found some of Tron, Yuna and Sera on Yahoo Japan Auctions for 6’000 to 10’000 yen. I saved photos for anyone who is interested:

  10. Politian says:

    Very nicely done figures.

  11. Man who loves Rocka Music says:

To Glitcher very cute all of them ,but I feel the Sera Figure is out of character really if she had her cold stare and walk like inf the book let art of her or her sketch art I’d toally say its awesome looking.

  12. Kind of a Troll says:

Yeah, the ones that Glitcher linked seem to focus on sexuality, even at the cost of character.

On a related note, I often wonder how so many twisted perverts came to be in one country (Japan).

  13. Man who loves Rocka Music says:

Oh well a figure is a figure and I’m sure whoever had the idea who made them had no real intention of perversion ,but to capture the beauty of the character which suits Tron most notably.

  14. HeatPhoenix says:

    @Kind of a troll

All men are perverts, some just make figures others produce porn.

    Deal with it

  15. Aberrant17 says:

I need to get that Servbot figurine.
And Capcom needs to make Legends 3.

  16. Axl-fox says:

I never really understood what’s with that “silver thingy” attached to Tron’s you-know-what.

  17. Glitcher says:

    Isn’t it obvious? It’s a chastity belt. :)

  18. Proto Stryker says:

News credit, whatwhat! In other news: DO WANT.

  19. Gamma Rallyson says:

OOOOOOOOOOOOOH GAWD DO WANT DO WANT SO MOTHER LODENG WANT!!!

*ahem* I do say that these figures are quite good. :D

  20. VileMKII says:

This seller is a dick. Me and another TMMN member have been emailing him about pricing’s for his works and he told us they would cost 10,000 plus shipping, when yet on the site the models are only 5000 yen. And when we asked about the price deal, he told us to get on a plane, go to the convention and but it ourselves.
