  2. Centauros says:

i LIKE CHILL MAN!!! CANT WAIT FOR HIS THEME

  3. ZetraΩ says:

    Absolutely Lovely~ <3

  4. Shawn says:

Strike man and Nitro man seem pretty original

  5. bsolmaz13 says:

YESSS!! Chill Man looks amazing in pixel form.
And Pump Man is actually not that bad.

  6. Heat Man says:

Man I’d always wanted to do a stage in a game that had an icy desert with pyramids. Now that’s taken from me.

  7. Burst says:

Wow, there designs actually look better than I imagined. Looking forward to see the stage select mugshots the most though! : )

  8. PStart says:

Sooooo radical. Probably have said this 10 times already: can’t wait

  9. Haggis says:

Hmm there a sprite of chill man without his ice. Maybe solar man’s attack melts it to weaken him like tornado did magma.

  10. Shawn says:

The more I look, the more I like Nitro Man

  11. Blue Bombers cousin says:

ohhhhh smile while you can pumpman…hehe haha mwamwamwah!!!

  12. Airman says:

These guys look too good to be true. I mean, Solar Man looked a tad odd at first but now that I see what his attack looks like….a variation of Pharaoh Shot? SWEET! Pump Man just looks awesome, Dive Man always had a sweet design and Pump Man has taken it and made it his own. Don’t even get me started on Nitro Man, a robot that transforms into a bike and seems to chuck Metal Blades around….*drool*…..now THAT’S a cool fight. Chill Man just reminds me so much of Mr. Freeze from the Batman universe (very nice). Blade Man looked a little ridiculous at first but once I saw the screenshot of his battle style…I was sold! Strike Man has a cool appearance and I think his fight will be the one that’s REALLY off the wall in this game. And as always Sheep Man and Commando Man are going to be interesting (I think Commando Man’s stage is going to be more interesting than he is). I am very pumped (no pun intended) for this game and I can’t wait to hear the music for this one….c’mon Capcom…BRING IT ON!!!!

  13. Reifu says:

holly crap those boss sprites they show look better then the NES game ones

  14. beetleking says:

Woooowww Better!!!!!!!!! and **** betteer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lOVEEE Chillmaaaaaaaaaaan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    i love all-!!!!!

  15. Heat Man says:

@Haggis: I’m pretty sure it’s just that the outline of the ice is white, and doesn’t show up against the BG (like Bright Man’s bulb).

  16. Gamma Rallyson says:

Gawd. Pump Man looks Stupid! XD

  17. Advent Axl says:

When I saw the stadium, it was either baseball or football…

  18. Red says:

    Let the Fan Art commence.

  19. Haggis says:

@Heat Man: Ah. For some reason I could swear I saw his sprite on white BG with the ice, but I must have just been mixing them up.

  20. kybarsfang says:

I think Chill Man would look better without the ice helmet. Here’s hoping his weapon is good to sue on a regular basis, too, unlike several over ice-themed weapons we’ve gotten in the past.

  21. Recoil says:

I like most of these designs, especially Strike Man and Pump Man. However, I’m disappointed that a guy named Solar Man doesn’t have solar panels on his body, they missed a great opportunity to play on the solar theme there.

On an unrelated note, there’s something strange with the comments layout, everything is centered. Did you guys forget to close a HTML-tag somewhere? :P

  22. Playswithsquirrels says:

Loving the screenshots, and those RM shots are particularly interesting because they show the sprites in positions drastically different from their opening stances. Most bosses never deviated far from those, apart from their arms and legs moving around, but these guys appear to have fluid animations.

  23. TJ says:

@Recoil: Before MM10 was confirmed, I made a Solar Man. Mine had panels on his boots and one on his chest, and converted the energy into heat lasers. Though I renamed him to Flare Man because of MM10. No biggie, I’m already used to his new name! :D

Even the filename still says Solar Man.

  24. Doctor Andy says:

Pumpman is beginning to grow on me <333

  25. Gurp says:

Aw man, this is gonna be awesome. The only thing lacking from that album was more shots of minibosses, though I probably could just dig around for some footage of that lightbulb one.

  26. Recoil says:

    @Aaron: Wow, you’re fast :)

  27. Stev3child says:

Man the only level Im no looking foward to is Chillman’s stage. for some reason the ice themed stages drive me fucking insane.

  28. PlaguedOne says:

I think Blade Man is my least favorite. Everybody else looks good to me.

  29. Doctor Andy says:

I think it’s safe to say the hype that came with Megaman 9′s robots masters has returned.

  30. BlueHawkX says:

Strike Man is so awesome, I wonder why hes throwing a purple pokeball around?! I also think that Pumpman with those accordion arms is pretty stupid…like come on!

  31. Aaron says:

    @BlueHawkX
For real Pump Man looked bad enough before, but the accordion arms really send his design down the drain hyuck hyuck :P

Nitro Man and Strike Man are seriously cool IMO.

  32. Brian says:

Chill Man almost looks similar to the Batman character Mr. Freeze…

  33. blitz wolfang says:

I’m calling it now! Pump Man’s weapon is Bubble Barrier =3
