@ Alilatias: I wouldn’t read too much into it. They also said DASH was “reborn” in their trailer for the PSP re-releases… and look what those accomplished.

Also, that art of “Dark Rockman” is actually promotional art created around the time of EXE2, so really it’s just meant to look cool.

I wonder what they mean by “Time Passes, and Rockman is reborn”.

Sure, it’s a remake and all, but I doubt they would have put that little snippet there (and what appears to be Dark Rockman.EXE, unless Capcom put that there just to troll us all) for that reason alone.
